Pre-race routine:

Got up at 6:00, had one bottle of Ensure, prepared my stuff (sports drink, Gu, gear), showered, went back to bed for 30 minutes. Left at 8:00, stopped at Tim Horton to grab a bagel and coffee on the way to the race site.
Event warmup:

Stretches, short aerobic workout 5 minutes before the race start.

Comments:

Not much to say except that this was my first bout of exercise in two weeks because I was too busy moving and working. I was not ready for this race at all.
What would you do differently?:

I should have refrained from running that course today. It was difficult for me to find time to train over the past two weeks.

I gave this race a "1 - Worst" because of my poor performance, not the race organization; it was stellar.
