Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: cramps at mile 4 in the run. Started with left hamstring behind the knee and then at mile 5 the right leg higher on thigh. Was able to run with them but went from 8 min pace to 9. Stopped once to stretch (10 seconds, about 8 steps.) Last updated: 2009-02-01 12:00 AM
