Subject: My Min Run Challenge Hi All, as well as being part of the girls vs boys challenge I am setting myself a minimum run challenge, to get back into the habbit of training 6 days a week I am going to make sure I run at least my minimum run every day with the exception of Sundays through May. My minimum run will be 3 miles, if I do any other training over 30 minutes in length I don't have to run the 3 miles, if I fail to train in any other aspect for 30 minutes or more I must do a 3 mile run. Feel free to join in, set your own minimum distance or time, doesn't matter, but the idea is to get used to getting out the door regularly. even choose your event, a min cycle or min swim works just as well, I like running so it will be easier to get myself out to run. the idea is to enjoy and train 6 times a week. so the challenge is there come and try it on.
