practice more bricks
Post race
Warm down:

drank a bunch of water, ate some trail mix

What limited your ability to perform faster:

fitness level, swimming ability, bike equipment

Event comments:

This race was really fun and well organized for a local race. The awards and the refreshments were basic but nice. This was a great confidence builder and lots of great sportsmanship and supportive spirit.
