Nice swim. Wished I could have had a warm-up.

Hit the wall hard on my turn on the 2nd length, which actually broke the skin on each ankle and left bruises. Left me hesitant going into a few turns thereafter. I didn't do them as quick. Not sure what the problem was.

I need to practice transitions.

Nice run, started out slow, picked it up on the 2nd loop. Wished I'd had the juice to just take-off immediately.

Nothing. And I had more energy than I thought. I need to run to exhaustion.

Looking at my splits, I see I did not finish first in any category. I just finished higher in all 3 combined than any other guy.
