Just walked around and tried to stay warm. I've been sick recently, so I didn't know what to expect.

Comments:

I wanted to go sub 25. I ran without looking at my watch. And don't you know, I hit my goal. I was pretty spent. My lungs were very unhappy with my effort, coming off a Upper Resperatory Infection. But I recovered well. :)
What would you do differently?:

Not get sick and lose weight. I was happy and met my goal.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Recent Illness and about 10 extra lbs.

Course: This was a hilly looped course. Not super hilly, but challenging. Everything in Highlands Ranch seems to be hilly. Good place for training runs. :)
