Ironman Hybrid wetsuit.  I was about 5'5" and 150 when i was wearing it and it may have been a tad long.  It is a size SM (small, medium?).  The suit is definitly used - i used it for 1 season, but it has probably been used for 5 or 6 seasons previously.  The suit was a rental, then bought by someone, then i bought it from them.  It would make a great suit for a first suit for someone.  it has no rips/tears/holes - it had a few rips that have been glued/fixed and it works great.  $55 shipped

Go Fit Balance Ball (UFO shapped).  i used this for balancing on one foot to strengthen my leg muscles while i was getting shin splints. . but it can also be used for abs etc.
