Pre-race routine:

Got there early, reg and set everything up. Walked around talking to people and just hanging out.

Caught up to the guys in front of me, passed a few quickly and then got stuck till near the end, finally passed another group about 75yards from the finish. all in all a solid swim and never really got to push it hard due to the number of people. shows the swimming coming along well!

Never really got to the redline type speed, i feel right now like the top end speed is just not there, but the endurance is so this is a good start.

UGLY run for me, not running enough, NO one hear me the whole run, first tri of the year, not a good combo, need to be running a LOT more for this to have gone well.

great race

High quaity swimming!  Top notch biking. - it is always hard to run or bike hard with no one ahead to try to catch no one pushing from behind.

I was thinking you passed me at 125 to go but after reading your report - i think it was at the 75 to go wall.
