wear goggles that dont fog, practice more open water!

transitions were good, no real problems, Forgot to put T shirt on before 1st bike. Put it on while running, challenging!

need to train more for open water and more bricks

Big thanks to the volunteers. George from Onshore Surf Shop deserves a medal. Was injured trying to get the buoys out. Good post race food, and place for awards- shaded with chairs!!

Another great race for you! You are really doing fantastic in your first season. It is always hard to get a good rythym in the choppy ocean water.
