Pre-race routine:

leg stretch and warm up of arms..didnt get into the water..was a little overwellemed since i didnt practice at all for this part.

set up transision area..talked to a few of the ladies about past or current races..

sucked i was back stroking the whole time..i was so out of it..wished id had time to practice or better yet..a pool to do the practice..
What would you do differently?:

practice more..get into a pool improve my time. But it was better than last year. I was faster thanks to upper body strengh training

smooth transision time..struggled with my glooves a bit..but made it to the line..headed out strong.
What would you do differently?:

well its not best with the mtn bike and slicks on hoping the new road bike i get helps with the next race on speed.

smooth moving on the beginning took me half a mile to get my breathing back in order after the bike ride. But was able to move at a smooth pace non stop till the end. Got my second wind.

just poured cold water all over me..hehe..was hot out.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my bike for starters..need a road bike..and practice my swimming more.
