Comments:

Ran with a friend, he is a bit slower, so i didn't really "race" today, just an excuse to get out and have a run. My aim was to get him a PB, he tends to go out too hard and has nothing left by the end, so I was their to pace him. He got his PB by 1 minute so was pleased.
