Subject: RE: First Time TriThanks for the info! I'll definitely target a pool swim bc that is by far my weak point right now. I started a half marathon training routine a few weeks back (L&C in Sept ) and currently running 20-25 miles/week. I'll usually get in a bike ride once or twice a week, anywhere from 15-20 mile rides. I'm not starting from complete scratch on the swimming but I'm for sure a novice in conditioning and technique. With the kirkwood and a few other beginner TRIs in July, is a month or so enough time to prepare for the swim portion??? |
