Good race, a little windy in the start of the race but on the way back had the wind to my back and it was nice.
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

Got really bad shin splints about 3/4 of mile into the race and they hurt bad, took a while for me to get those under control. Tend to slap my feet down instead of rolling my foot properly.

Event comments:

Overall a good race, would like to do it next year. The shin splints are something I'm going to have to work on along with the breathing and the mental talking I do to my body. :))
