aero bar brake levers and bar end shifters

Shifters: Sram TT 900s or Sram TT 500s
Brake Levers: Sram TT 900s or Sram TT 500s

If you want brake levers that rattle, get the Visions.

+1000 on the rattling Vision levers. However the problem is remedied with a bit of electrical tape.

I've used the vision aero brake levers. They are solid and reliable. They seem small though, like 3/4 size or something. I use a less-aero set of brake levers (profile design os2). Old school compared to vision aero brake levers. Less aero, but I just like the strong feel of them as they have longer grips. Just in my head I'm sure, but they "feel" more secure when I really need them (like Jeanne decent in lake placid).

I use shimano bar end shifters. But sram is just as good. If your drivetrain is sram, I'd just stick with that instead of adding more cost to the upgrade.

I did this to my CAAD 10. Profile aero bars with internal cable routinget. Love the change. The LBS was shocked how stable the bike remained as am I. Raised and movedo seat forward slightly.
