Comments: The last 2 miles seemed long but it was a lot of hill too. My friend clocked it on his Garmin at 10.4 miles. Might explain my last 2 pace over a minute slower or I just died but I didn't feel like I did. What would you do differently?: Get in a little longer run but also work more on fast 5k times Post race

Woke one and half early ate a half bagel on the bike up to the course. Ate half of a powerbar 30 min before I ran.
Rode my bike to race about 3-4 miles with some decent hills. Actually provided a great warm up for me!
