Comments: Good swim, got off course once, ran into a couple of people from group ahead of us. Happy w/ time, could have been faster, need to work on sighting and calming my breathing. What would you do differently?: Work on siting and better breathing, too nervous. ![]() Transition 1
Comments: A little slow getting socks/shoes on. What would you do differently?: Work on T1, get tri shoes and leave on pedals. Ride sock-less. ![]() Bike
Comments: Since this is my weakest sport, I was pretty satisfies of where I am w/ it for now. I ended last season averaging only about 16mph, so I'm improving. What would you do differently?: Need to spend more time in the saddle and improve speed, strength, endurance. ![]() Transition 2

Comments: Was very winded and breathing hard. Walked at both water breaks. Legs felt pretty good though. What would you do differently?: More / longer brick workouts. Just started uping mileage last month. ![]() Post race
