Strip HTML special chars

This has been bugging me for a while, and should be fairly easy to do.

Can you guys add an option to strip out the the html and convert <br> to \n in the topic update notification emails? Maybe convert quote blocks into some plain text version too? If someone posts a message with a ton of formatting, it's near impossible to read it in the emails.
