I am travelling to Corpus today, and was wondering if anyone knew of any pools in the area that have a daily pay to swim fee?

Thanks. . . .

I swim aat the Natatorium 3 times a week. It is 2 dollars and lap swim starts at 5am, but they usually have it open by 445. TTheir competitive poo; is usually set up at 25 yards anywhere from 8-12 lanes. Sometimes they have it set up for a meet at 50 meters for 6 lanesCollier pool is an outdoor pool 25 meters long. Both are good pools, but the Natatorium is my favorite and if you go early enough, you usually dont have to share a lane.

The Natatorium was GREAT.  I swam at 7PM, and they had the pool divided into 3 sections.  The third section was barely being used.  It was for lap swimmers.  First 2 sections had alot of kids in it.  It is a Great place to go if you're in Corpus.

Only one thing. . .    The water was Cold! ! !

Great place. . .  I'm here one more day, and will be there again tomorrow night.

Thanks. . .

Yes yhey do keep the water pretty chilly. I was there this morning at 515 for my last swim before my first tri on Sunday. It has been a few weeks since they had the pool set up like that. That is my favorite set up except for an occasional 50 meter length. The pool can get crowded with kids. Early mornings may not be realistic, but that is when there is the less trafic. There is lap swimming only. No kids or general swim in the mornings.
