i live in north weymouth which is pretty far from webster, boohoo.  i wish i lived in webster and then i could train on the actual danskin course!  here's some motivation to stop being a slacker seth - visualize everyone swimming, biking, and running in front of you Wink

i am in awe of your swimming.  3/4 mile is a distance i can only imagine today; i'm hoping i can actually handle the 1/2 mile in webster lake on the 26th, my swimming is really weak; it's better than it was in january but needs improvement fast.

black flies are torture!

You live probably 5 mins from me and Rob.  Anytime you want to go out and SBR, let us know.  Except next week, I will be in CA.
