Subject: Computrainer Real Course Video Problem

I am having trouble with my real course video. I installed both the Interactive video for the Computrainer and also the Arizona Ironman video. When I try to open I get all of the parameters (HR etc) at zero and a “no communication” notification. When I get this on my 3D Computrainer there is a connection problem with the cords. I tried my 3D Computrainer and it works fine. Then I checked the com port and found that #1 was found and I selected it as the com port. Still getting the “no communication” message. Ideas, please. Thanks

I was trying to respond to this sooner, but it sounds like a registration issue. If something fails with the activation/registration, the communication with the computrainer does not work correctly. If you contact Roger or Ray through the computrainer forums, they are great to work with, and will help you out.
