Subject: Bike Maintenance After Riding In Rain
Had a group ride this morning, was out in the heavy rain for about 2 hours of the 3 hour ride. My bike is a bit dirty and is wet.

What maintenance/care measures should I do to the bike today to stop things from rusting, loosening, falling apart etc?

Thanks.

depending on the frmae you might want to take the seatpost out and make sure there is no water in the frame.

outside of that in ormally just spray it off to get dirt and stuff off and lube the chain/pedals.

Clean/lube your chain is the obvious one. Also, don't let the bike dry in direct sun, as it may cause the material in your seat to shrink as it heat drys, depending on what it is made out of - if leather, use saddle soap.
