This was a good bike for me. I generally average about 20.5 in a sprint. I was "leap-froging" with another cyclist and we motivated each other to push on each hill. I was very aggressive on downhills and corners.

I'm a bit disappointed with the run. I think I could have pushed a little harder after the first mile to make up some time. I should really be averaging right at 7:10's on this course.
