i'm off to Y town now.  I was 2nd overall here last year.  hoping to improve one spot.

just got home.  improved my time but still finished second.  it is a small tri (111 entrants).

the swim went well, the run was pretty good, the second half of the bike was good.  i had some problems on the first half of the bike.  transitions were avg.

this is a great race and low cost (not USAT)  -with the biggest food spread after
