I will be swimming and riding at Spring mill pond at Island lake Tuesday at 9:30, feel free to join us.

one or two laps in water and the same on the bike.

I could meet you out there for a swim. Probably won't do a ride since I should be working - but I can play hookie for a little while.

I'm out. I accidentally ordered the carpet cleaning and sprinkler turn-on dudes to show up before noon tomorrow, so it's PM for me. Have a good workout...

Sorry Dave, my daughter just reminded me that I have to pick her up from drivers training at 10am, so I won't be able to get out there till later in the day.  I might try to get down there around noon for a swim.
