Pre-race routine:

The usual PB, bagel and banana. Got to the site early...used to races starting before 9 AM...helped with body marking for a while

By far my best ever open water swim by several minutes. I went for a strong steady swim after last years many disaster swims and felt great the whole time.
What would you do differently?:

Will go harder in my next swim, but this is what i wanted for this one.

An average bike leg for me...I have done better on other courses
