Anyone ever participate in the Wilkes Barre Tri or plans to? Any advice for the course?

RE: Wilkes Barre Tri
I signed up for the race this year and was wondering the same thing.
I heard the bike course was pretty hilly.
Is anyone else out there signed up?

Well I live in the area......... The bike portion is hilly and you will have about 6 main hills, the longest consisting of a 3 mile climb not steep but steady and steep downhills. The run is supose to be the hardest part

RE: Wilkes Barre Tri
Rode the course last night... not a gimme... a couple of sharp turns that require major slow down. Hills are there but not intimidating
