Problems with Training Peaks nutrition logging?

My coach has recently switched over to Training Peaks. Love the activity logs and think that function works great in general. however, I'm finding the nutrition logging to be 1) overly complicated and 2) not working as designed. Is anyone else challenged by the nutrition functions at TP?
