Some headaches may be a sign of hyponatremia (from overhydration)- you might try increasing the salt content of the beverages with which you rehydrate during and after exercise. This is normally seen in longer runs, though.
Posture - do you run all "tensed up"?
Weather too hot - I have had headaches when I ran in heat for which I wasn't acclimated. Never lasteed a week, though.
