Swimming Style in Tri's
What type of swimming/strokes are allowed in a triathlon? Is it freestyle or some other form? I just need to know what to work on.

You can use whatever stroke you want to get you from point A to point B.
BUT
The most economic stroke is and will always be freestyle.

I've only done one swim. I did freestyle and breaststroke. Then I noticed someone doing sidestroke.

I backstroked my first tri, a 400 swim. I haven't done it since
(x2, Kate, on freestyle being the best
), but I crossed the finish line that day.

Stay with freestyle. It is the fastest. Pick up your head slightly to sight.
