Subject: 4 weeks unti tri training question
Next week I will be going on vacation.  I posted a few weeks ago about what to do since I will not be able to swim because there are no pools or good water to swim within miles.  I received good feedback on to do as much biking and running as I can, abs, and yoga. 

Well a new problem has risen.  We were packing the car last night, (my parents left this morning and I'm flying in Saturday) and there was so much stuff that my bike would not fit.  Now I cannot swim nor bike.  Should I just increase my running to 4 maybe 5 times during the week with abs each day, push ups, body squats, lunges, etc?

Also, how will this effect me with my training for my sprint triathlon 4 weeks away (550yd swim, 13 mi bike, 3.1 mile run)?  I am a newbie and already am anxious and nervous at the same time for my first triathlon.  I have been training hard for the past weeks and do not want to lose much. I know I will lose some not swimming or biking for a week but i want to maintain as much as possible.  Any information or advice would be very helpful.  Thanks.
