Swim
Comments: This was my first swim in a race. I was slow compared to the field but faster than the training times. My goggles started leaking on the first lap so I threw them off after the first 50. It was like I forgot how to swim in the first 150-200 yards. It was like I was in shock that I was racing. What would you do differently?: Train more, especially to get more efficient. I need efficiency more than speed, so I can give it my all on the bike. Transition 1
Comments: I was tired after the swim, so it took me a littl bit to get my socks, shirt, and helmet on. What would you do differently?: Go faster Bike
What would you do differently?: Pedal Harder. Stay Aero More Transition 2
Comments: T2 went well for me. Everything off easy. Shoes on easy. A drink of water and off to the run What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: I ran/jogged the course. I could have ran faster, but mind kept saying I couldn't What would you do differently?: Run Faster. Do more Bike/Run bricks. Train my mind Post race
