This was an ok swim for me. Couldn't get a good draft, the person ahead of me is my speed and I couldn't catch him. Passed 2 people, got passed by no one.

Long run to transition included in this. This was a good transition time for me, I left transition at the same time as the guy ahead of me on the swim, so I gained :10 on him.

This was a good ride for me. Hard to get into a good rhthym, the race was short and the loops were pretty hilly. Either going up or coming down. Felt good about my effort.
