WED (today ) - swim5min, bike 10min THURS - run30min FRI - swim 5min, bike 15min SAT - run25min, SUN swim 10min, bike20min MON - rest TUES - swim10min, bike30min, WED - run20min THURS - swim 10min, bike 30min FRI - rest, SAT/SUN - RACE!
your mini tri is basically half a sprint. sounds like this will be no probelm for u. the times above are conservative enough to complete the race with plenty of time to spare. i can see u doing sprint length distances with no problem this year.
