Subject: Supplements
I am thinking of trying a supplement to boost my workouts. Has anyone tried BSN NO Explode or GNC's Amplified N.O. Loaded? I would like to try this stuff, but I don't drink any caffeine now and am a little scared that this stuff will make my heart pop out of my chest.

Any suggestions or reviews of the products would be greatly appreciated.

NO Explode = loads of caffiene, creatine, and arginine (NO)

Amp NO Loaded = Arginine

Neither of these will mix well with any sort of cardio based exercise. I used NO Explode a few years ago during strength training. It is very addictive, and your tolerance for the ingredients will increase substantially. I am taking Amp NO Loaded during my strength days, after finding a stellar stack deal online.

It all depends on what type of "boost" you are looking for. For a lot of people, a little bit of caffeine does the trick. Maybe check out the Amp Muscle Igniter 4x. Its only purposes are for energy and endurance, it is basically caffeine, a few different tea extracts (black, green, yerba mate) and some antioxidants and thermogenics. I like it, there is no crash, and it keeps me strong on those long/intense workouts.
