Subject: Farmdale Frolic 8/16

There's a trail run with 3-mile and 8-mile options at Farmdale Resevoir in East Peoria.  No website, but additional info at the IVS website http://www.ivs.org/racecal.html

Cost is $20 ahead of time, $25 race-day.  I'm doing the 8!
