threshold intervals (with a few exceptions ) normally are between 6 and 10 min long, 2-6 of them.
tempo work is by far my fav, and these intervals are between 20 and 50 min at a time.
once a week i will either do hill climbs (between 2 and 30 min ), or 1-2min intervals with the hills happenning more than the shorter intervals.
that is my hard riding.
on a normal week, 2 tempo rides, 1 threshold, 1 hill, i easy.
the long ride is normally one of the tempo rides. |
