Help. Logistics question.

I am doing the Federal escape sprint tri this sat.  The sprint starts at 09:30 with a 09:15 meeting.  The Oly starts at 07:30 with a 07:15 meeting.  Packet pickup opens at 05:30.  I have an hour and a half drive to get there.  What time do I show.  Will I be able to set up my transition after the Oly start or do I need to get there before that.
