I really felt good and comfortable. i realize that I need to get faster and had not trained hardly at all for the bike, but realize also, that I have room for improvement and feel that I could get several minutes off my time during this segment. Probably the best chance for improvement on this leg.

Felt faster than my time reflects. I enjoyed the run. I felt strong and smoothe. I realize that although I am slow, I enjoy running and feel that I could show significant improvment if my training continues the way it has been.
