I've never had a massage- how do you know where to find a good therapist. Are there different kinds of massages.... Will someone buy me one?

There is a Spa in town that I send my wife to. She enjoys the deep tissue massages. There are several different types, but I guess that would all depend on what you find, and what they offer. Sometimes there are massage therapists who will come to your home. You'll have to check your phone book. As far as buying you one? I'll need some sort of incentive! lol

My reward is getting to download the data from my heart rate monitor and plot it

Whadda geek!

What can I say that you haven't already said??? :-)

In any case, my reward for my Oly in May will be clipless pedals! (yay!!) My reward for 1/2 IM in August will be super cool cycling jersey!

But my day to day reward is reading time!! I guess, I'm my own kind of nerd, techgeezer!

I think if I get to target weight, I should have a good reward, but I can't think of one, that isn't a major expenditure. Any suggestions??
