Subject: RE: Hard Bike CaseI have two Nashbar cases that we bought about 5-6 years ago. Done about 8 trips across the Atlantic with them and they've stood up to the abuse just fine (not to mention that the bikes are still perfect! ). All I have to remove are the wheels and the handlebars (basically just remove them from the stem ). Takes all of about 5 minutes to put together again. To make sure the bars are perfectly aligned, I take a piece of masking tape across the front of the bars and the stem, to assemble, you just need to line the tape up again and you are set.
My case is basically a Nashbar re-branded Thule case.
