I need to run 12 miles this weekend sometime. I am in for 10:12min/miles so the distance would work for you maybe. I would like to run with someone as it does get boring. If you pick a place I might be able to meet up.

I run slower than 10:12 for longer distances.. heh OK I run my 5K's in just over 10:20's, so that is "speedy" for this slow girl.   However, I am not adverse of people running ahead of me.  It gives me something to chase after!  Hmmm maybe I can do Holly Rec... that is close to F-town.   Holly Rec is a beaut!

I could probably do Holly Rec. What time are you thinking? Maybe even bring the bike and suit to cool down.

I was on Hines today. Rode from Canton to Hines, got lost and ended up at St. Johns in Northville, then rode home, then ran a 3.1 (did a brick). Tomorrow I'm looking forward to doing the trout lake thing. Not sure how far we swim. Friday should be a rest day,. I only took 1 day rest after the last ILRA sprint. I'll probably go downtown for Rockin On The Riverfront.  My leggs are trashed. Saturday I have to work. Saturday night I'll be ready to run or bike. Sunday - Out on Lake Erie Fishing.

I will not know untill Saturday, family stuff on wifes side.  The time sounds good, I am usally sleeping at that time but I could get up.  I will post tommorrow later in the day if I can make it. It depends on if her family from Ohio ends up staying at our house.

If it does not work out, maybe we can set up something for next weekend.
