Subject: Trialthlon training series
Has anyone tried the triathlon training series dvd's? I cant seem to find many reviews on it and was thinking about purchasing them. I seem to grasp training elements easier when someone is explaining them in words.

I don't know anything about them, but I have to admit that hype like this

"each topic is lead by top, certified coaches passionate about delivering to 
you the secrets of triathlon. This series will take you as far as you want to go."

makes me very nervous.  (Anytime someone wants to sell me 'secrets' for $29.95, I get nervous.)  I'd bet that you can get just as good info (if not better) by reading the articles on this site -- they use words too!Wink
