Subject: Comfortable saddle?
I started put some more time on my new P2, but the stock San Marco Saddle that came with it is killing me. The LBS sized me, everything else feels great but I am getting a lot of pressure from the seat.

Can a tri saddle actually be 'comfortable'? or is that asking too much. Thinking about the changing it out to the Fizik Ares, or similiar, your input is appreciated.

When i got myP2C i upgraded the saddle to a cobb...  the stock saddle was extremely uncomfortable.  You can try out the Cobb and the Adamos for i think 90 days and it you on't like it, you can return it no questions asked.  I tried both and liked the cobb alot better.

The Adamo is great but it's not for everyone.  I love mine but it didn't start out like that, it took me around 2 months to dial it in just right.  The Koobi looks good, you're just gonna have to try some out.

I use an Adamo Road, it's much better than the stock saddle my bike came with.  The new Cobb saddle looks great (he designed the Adamo as well).  Best part is you can buy the saddle, and you have a full 6 months to try it out.  If it just doesn't work for you, you can return it with no questions asked.

I've used a Cobb V-Flow Plus on my road bike (Cervelo S2). I bought mine at the dealer where I purchased my bike. They don't really discount them, so it probably doesn't matter where you buy it from...it will likely be the same price and will still come with a 180-day guarantee. FWIW, I didn't like the Cobb saddle at all. It caused MAJOR sit bone pain for me. I rode the saddle for about 300 miles and that was it...it had to come off. I went back to my old saddle (a Terry Butterfly Tri Gel...yes, I'm a chick) and I'm much happier now. It's a good-looking saddle...I got tons of compliments and questions on it, but it just wasn't for me. I'm not sure if it was too wide, or not wide enough...but something with that saddle did not agree with my sit bones.

I think that I am actually rotating forward and am sitting on the edge of those bones instead of sitting flat on them...if that makes any sense.  Could turn out that my bike is too big for me in general.  Everything over 20 miles, or about an hour is uncomfortable.
