Subject: First Olympic Tri in less than 2 MonthsSo i've got my first olympic tri in about two months. I've been training hard on the bike and now i'm throwing the run in there at a good pace. I can do the entire bike (22mi ) and half the run (3mi ) in one session (no breaks ) 4 times a week at a very good pace. However, I haven't been able to do much swimming due to a lack of pool availability and no support for open water. I've always been a strong swimmer and have lots of upper body strength but I'm really nervous I wont get enough swim training in before the tri... thoughts? |
