Subject: RE: Rolled Ankle??I am getting better after colliding with a collegiate football player when playing kickball about 3 weeks ago. I made sure to RICE, more than ever before. I found compression helped me the most. I was able to get back on the bike quickly and not loose much there and swimming shorter distances was acceptable, just the run was trouble. I was only a few weeks before a race, where I ran my fastest average speed over 4.4 miles with no pain, man was I glad i laid off it as much as I did. Best of luck to your recovery. |
