That's my my philosophy. I know after sitting around for a couple of months I'll get bored and get my motivation back.
After IMKY last year I bummed around for a good 2-3 months. Signing up for a marathon got me motivated and moving again... and it also gave me a whole new challenge and a different training plan, so it was the perfect follow-up to IMKY.
