Subject: Bud Plant Ride- SAT 8/15

A few of us are riding at the Bud Plant right after the OWS at Red Top if anyone is interested.


What: 48 mile loop + 15 mile loop/4:00 total (and :30 run for those interested)
Where: Cartersville Bud Plant
Pace- High 16's -18 depending on if there turns out to be an A & B group
Time: Rolling at 11:00
(we'll be coming straight from the swim so time is an estimate, but 11 should be pretty do-able)

We'll plan on stopping for water at cars before starting the second short loop, so if you only want to ride the 48 there will be a chance to drop off then.

If I do the OWS, then I'm in but would definitely be in the "B" group considering that 22 miles is about the longest ride I've done.

my wife and I are in. We will not be doing the swim but will see you guys at the Bud Plant at 11. Looking forward to it!
