Can some one tell me how to send routes that I find on this website to my garmin edge 705 ??

To the best of my knowledge and this link, there isn't a way to send BT routes to your Garmin.  This feature should be added by the end of the year.  Until that happens you have to use a site like MapMyTri and download the .crs file.
