Comments: my wetsuit was tighter on me, due to weight gain. breathing was constricted, relaxed about halfway, last 400, was rough - tired What would you do differently?: maybe no wetsuit - more open water training w/o suit Transition 1
Comments: not bad transition What would you do differently?: be more aggressive, more urgency Bike
Comments: good bike, was fast and agressive while riding. Uphills out of saddle and killed em, downhills, smart shifting and pedal hard - pedal throguh corner, some people riding 2 wide What would you do differently?: try and be faster - look for 54/42 chainring Transition 2
Comments: good T2 - took water no gel - didn't stretch hamstring What would you do differently?: stretch, bring endurolytes Run
Comments: awful run - i've run 20 minutes faster on this course. that would've been #1 run. hamstring hurt bad - no stride, right heel strike heavy ouch wlaked some What would you do differently?: race when i'm healed and 100% with interval training and long runs Post race

usual - set up transition, bathroom , eat/drink hour before
jog to porta potty and back - also few strokes in lake into the sun for sighting
