my wetsuit was tighter on me, due to weight gain. breathing was constricted, relaxed about halfway, last 400, was rough - tired

maybe no wetsuit - more open water training w/o suit

good bike, was fast and agressive while riding. Uphills out of saddle and killed em, downhills, smart shifting and pedal hard - pedal throguh corner, some people riding 2 wide

try and be faster - look for 54/42 chainring

awful run - i've run 20 minutes faster on this course. that would've been #1 run. hamstring hurt bad - no stride, right heel strike heavy ouch wlaked some

race when i'm healed and 100% with interval training and long runs
